If you are experiencing technical problems while taking an online course, it’s important to try and resolve these issues as quickly as possible. You may want to inform your professor that you are experiencing issues and copy them on communication with one of the help desks below, in case your technical problems cause you to have trouble completing assignments on time.

Office of Disabilities Services
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) provides students with confidential accommodation services in order to provide students with documented physical, mental, and learning disabilities equal access to their course of study at Rutgers University–Camden.
EOF
EOF is a state-funded program providing opportunities for higher education to New Jersey residents who would not be able to attend college without the program’s financial assistance and special services.
TRiO Student Support Services
The services that SSS provides are specifically designed to increase the retention and graduation rates of first-generation and low-income students. Our services include one-on-one professional and peer tutoring, academic coaching, and academic enrichment and financial literacy workshops. We also provide grant aid/scholarships to eligible SSS participants.
Registrar
The Office of the Registrar at Rutgers-Camden serves as the custodian of student academic records. By providing consistently superior service, we strive to maintain essential processes for our students, faculty and administrators while supporting the core mission of Rutgers-Camden. Some of the services we provide and/or support: Enrollment verifications, diploma orders, final exam schedules, name and address changes, registration and re-enrollment, and transcript requests.
Rutgers–Camden Learning Center
The Rutgers-Camden Learning Center (RCLC) is dedicated to the academic assistance of the Rutgers University student population. The RCLC offers a wide range of services such as: individual course content tutoring, academic coaching and learning assistance, assistance with planning, organizing, and writing, academic support and study skill workshops, and real time live online tutorial assistance.
Dean of Students Office
The Camden Dean of Students Office provides supportive services, advocacy, and education in an effort to ensure students to be successful both personally and academically. The Dean of Students Office mission is to empower, engage and support the educational goals of Rutgers University students.
